  • Slightly bigger shower than you have now

  • Window accessible, unobstructed and free to maximise light

  • Shower only marginally bigger

  • Have to walk through wet area to get to basin and vanity 

Option Two

Pro's 

  • Much bigger shower than you have now 

  • Position unchanged of shower - saves costs

  • Towel rail in good position 

  • Larger overall storage areas + additional worktop area  

  • Possible wall unit for medication in easy reach 

  • Mirror gets lots of natural light and is a good size of mirror

  • Storage all easily accessible (good flow through space)

  • Window accessible, unobstructed and free - to maximise light

  • navigation easy with in the space (good changing area)

  • Shower dominates the space

  • Have to walk through wet area to get to basin and vanity 

Option Three

Pro's 

  • Average size shower

  • Feature shower (with window and lots of natural light)

  • Flooring to ceiling storage unit for wow factor and plenty of storage

  • Looks great on entering 

  • Room looks larger due to location of window and mirror

  • Wet area easier to manage 

  • Towel rail well places

  • vanity and mirror above - could be storage unit (recessed would give better feeling of space. 

  • Everything ele to access

Con's  

  • Shower position moved so additional cost 

  • other cost involved with window in shower (lots of options) 

  • Shower could be bigger
