I couldn’t wait for the mail to arrive last week as I was expecting a very special delivery – Extraordinary Interiors by Rockett St George.
Rockett St George is an online store specialising in original, quirky and unusual homewares. It was formed from the partnership of Jane Rockett and Lucy St George who met on holiday, got on famously and then went on to launch this eclectic online store in 2007.
Ever since then the Rockett St George team have been inspiring home owners with stylish avant-garde and collectible pieces to treasure.
A debut into publishing, Extraordinary Interiors by Rockett St George aims to help everyone achieve their own unique interior no matter what the budget. It is packed with tips and examples from professional interior designers including practical advice on choosing paint and wallpaper, lighting and furniture.
There is a focus on how to inject your own personality into a space. Considering contrasts and making style statements with a mix of architecture, colour, collected objects and furniture.

As well as practical advice the book features beautiful and unique interiors created by home owners with an eye for the unusual. This includes the fabulously styled homes of Lucy St George and Jane Rockett. The boho, rustic glamour of these homes with their effortless mix of vintage and modern is simply delightful.

I loved seeing the homes of some of my favorite instagrammers featuring dark décor trends.
