I’m always excited about writing a new post for our Brands We Love series on the blog. For one thing I get to share some our favourite products, giving you an insight into Gina’s design choices on Create Perfect projects. Secondly it usually means we’ve got something fabulous to give away!

This week its all about lighting. The gorgeous hand blown designs of Fritz Fryer to be precise. Fritz Fryer’s unique range includes styles inspired by Victorian, Edwardian, art deco and industrial designs as well as restored antique chandeliers and contemporary glass pendant lights. It’s no wonder that their designs are sought after for use in residential and commercial interior design projects.
Gina discovered Fritz Fryer range when working on a complete home renovation project in the Cotswolds. A range of their hand blown pendants and wall lights were chosen to use the pantry and lounge of the home.
The glass lampshades were matched with antique brass metal work. Being able to chose the colour of the metal work on the lights meant it was easy to find the perfect match for each room and a consistent look around the whole house.
The mix and match element of the lights helps you find the perfect combination for your design scheme. In this kitchen the glass shades match with nickel metal work and light coloured flex to complement the white walls and ceiling.
The Fritz Fryer range of lights also look amazing in commercial interiors. This restaurant design caught my eye. The Hereford ribbed glass pendants look gorgeous in this colourful bistro design at the Bower House restaurant in Shipton on Stour.
We’re giving away a Hereford clear glass pendant worth £120 to one of our lucky readers. The pendant is hand blown with hand coloured metal work. As such the pendants each have unique characteristics such as air bubbles in the glass and small variations in the metal work colour.
